If one of the last two applies to your car, we can also give you the option to have the car professionally repaired & MOT retested. We will make sure your car is roadworthy and legal and more importantly safe on the roads.
You don’t need to rely on trust alone to get a fair deal for car repair or minor remedial work done by any garage such as ours, there are a number of regulations in place to make sure that a garage cannot take advantage of you.
Individual itemised repair costs will be disclosed and agreed upfront giving you choices & options. We won't be beaten for costs & workmanship locally.

Sometimes before a long journey it's best to get your car checked for SAFETY e.g.Brakes etc.

Sometimes before a long journey it's best to get your car checked for SAFETY e.g.Brakes etc.
- Tyres & Wheels Checks inc.
- Brake Fluid checks (loss of pressure, spongy feeling while braking)
- Brake Pads, its thickness and signs of wear & tear
- Brake adjustments (some brake drums have a backing plate with a cut out in the rear, which allows you to turn the brake adjuster)
- Brake Discs thickness and surface checks
- Pulling to one side or dragging (identify one of the faulty brake system)
- Pulsating while braking (check caliper, loose wheel bearing & any rust formation)
- Brakes squeaking or squealing when braking
- Brakes Grinding noise (due to pad or caliper touching discs)
- Brakes Clicking noise (due to caliper spring touching discs casing)
- Brake front and rear adjustments (you would need it when brakes have been changed or any time the caliper has been removed for maintenance)
- Wheel (check whether the wheel is out of balance and re-balance if necessary)
- Wheel Cylinders & Hydraulic (check components of rear brake system)
- Suspension (check operating condition of the suspension and the steering components)
- Axle Hub (check axle-geometry is as per car manufacturer’s guidelines)
