Info: Where repair is to an integral component of the vehicle to meet high quality, safety and performance standards only Genuine Car Manufacturer original specification parts approved and warranted by Car Manufacturer are used by us.

Appointments & Estimates
  1. We will ask you if any other items other than the main fault needs our attention. If they do, we will seek your approval and schedule these in at your convenience after investigation and analysis.
  2. If, for any reason, any of the maintenance we offer differs from the car manufacturer’s original specifications (unlikely), we’ll let you know before the work is carried out. This is important as, often there are minor improvements and upgrades to the original car manufacturer’s specifications due to various reasons (sometimes recall of a part or component)
  3. If required, we will give you a detailed estimate of any work needed before we start. Where MOT fault repairs requires additional work we will try and get these sorted for you on the same day.
  4. We will offer you a range of alternative convenience options - please do let us know your individual preferences.

On Arrival
  1. When you arrive, we will confirm the work that has already been agreed and booked in advance.  In case you have change your mind on a previously discussed and agreed work - no worries, just let us know to avoid any confusions & misunderstandings.
  2. Where required, we will put your car through a detailed diagnosis before starting work to ensure we get the repairs right and appropriate first time.
  3. If you like, we will provide a qualified member of staff to test drive the car with you and explain any faults / symptoms that may be of concern to you.
  4. The agreed pick-up time will be noted on the repair order for your easy reference - time-varying allowable delay approx 20 minutes.
  5. We will take you through the process for authorisation for any additional work, and agree any authorisation max limits with you.
  6. We can use the communication methods of your preference, face-to-face, telephone, sms text, WhatsApp or email - please let us know.

While the work is being carried out
  1. We use the latest car manufacturer schedules for regular maintenance work.
  2. We never allow work to be done by technicians unless they’re fully qualified and trained for the auto repair work being carried out.
  3. If for any reason we are unable to complete the work by the time agreed, we will let you know and arrange any changes to your mobility requirements if required.

On Collection
  1. You’ll receive a detailed explanation of work carried out, the invoice and any small variations from the initial estimate. Please know 
  2. We will report any additional items/faults/recommendations found during carrying out the agreed work as advisory.
  3. You can inspect any parts that are replaced (please let us know if you want to do this when you book). We do offer photographic evidence of any wear & damage which is not easily visible & accessible for your records - please let us know if you would like this.

Facilities, Environment Friendly
Our workshop team are fully aware of our environmental commitments and will be happy to answer any questions you may have, or direct you to someone who can. All personnel (where relevant) are trained in minimising local environmental impact (e.g. noise, energy use, water use and proper waste management).
